In the realm of management education, fostering a research-oriented mindset is critical for developing analytical thinking, academic rigor, and real-world problem-solving abilities among students. Recognizing the importance of integrating research into academic learning, an initiative was reintroduced at L.J. Institute of Management Studies in the academic year 2022–2023 by Dr. Jignesh Vidani in collaboration with the then librarian Mrs. Sonal Patil.
This initiative involves guiding MBA students to convert their academic work—be it subject-based projects, internship reports, or final-year dissertations—into publishable research papers. These papers are then submitted to reputed national and international journals, ensuring wider dissemination of student scholarship and enhancing the academic profile of both the student and the institution.
