Prof. Nidhi H. Sompura has 13 years of experience in Corporate and academics.
She holds a 9 years of corporate experience with Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd where she has catered different roles in Sales & Distribution, Vendor Management, Client Relations, Data Analytics, Operations management, Back end operations and other sales support functions. She has been a pioneer for direct sales distribution (DSD) operations for Gujarat and has also been an active SAP trainer for PAN India for HCCBPL –Back end operations.
She is serving as an Assistant Professor at L.J.Institute of Management Studies for last four years. Her areas of interest are Sales and Distribution Management, Product & Brand Management, Retail, Operations Management, Consumer Behavior, Supply Chain Management & Service Marketing.
She has been a visiting faculty for Statistics and Marketing in Gujarat College and ICFAI Business School respectively.

ü Bagged several awards for demonstrating excellence at work and meeting the predefined targets regularly:
- Received the award for Best Team Leader Gujarat in Sales Review Awards-2014. Was rated best in the team for 4 years continuously in a row.
- Winner of Region’s (Rajasthan, M.P., Maharashtra, Pune & Gujarat) H1 CDE contest by fulfilling all the target sets, attained second position.
- Participated and won in “Hum Kisise Kum Nahi” sales contest by meeting the predefined targets.
