Incipience 2022, marks the commencement of acquiring knowledge and practical skills. It is a platform to showcase the newly acquired skills.

L.J. Integrated MBA (School Of Management Studies) had organized 'Incipience' on 23rd September, 2022.

Batch 2022-27 went through the 10 Days workshops (from 5th-15th September 2022) of elective subjects like corporate etiquette, voice over, photography, theater and graphic designing organized under the mentorship of Monaz Parekh, Bhargavi Buddhadev, Bhargav Pandya, Nayan Bhil and Shadab Ansari respectively. The grand finale of performances of learning and training under workshop was organized as 'Incipience'. In this program, Campus Director Dr Viral Shah was present as chief guest. In-charge Director Richa Mandan greeted to all the mentors of workshops.

Knowledge of the subject matter was imparted from workshop and presented in the form of the performance which enchanted the audience.
