Profile

Dr. Parita Thakkar is having 10 years of academic experience into Human Resource and Research. Her research interest includes areas of Human Resource Management, Change and Development, Organizational Behaviour and Strategic Management. She has completed her Doctorate of Philosophy from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad. She has published her papers in many National Level Journals. She has attended Faculty Development Programmes on AMOS, SPSS, Research Techniques, Case Study Analysis as a teaching Technique, Qualitative Research Technique, Communication Skills and Techniques to broaden her academic knowledge.
