LJIMBA students, Batch 2020-25 (Sem-05) visited Amul Chocolate Factory and Amul Dairy in Anand on 23rd September 2022 as part of their curriculum.

Amul Chocolate Factory is a perfect haven for chocolate lovers. Before you enter the factory sniff your nose off the grime and let your senses inhale the natural aroma of cocoa and indulge in a temptation to make your trip a heartfelt one. IMBA students visited the factory, with fully automatic machines, and learned a lot about chocolate, including its history, raw materials, manufacturing process, packaging, and health benefits. The students were shown the production line and the quality system in place to make delicious chocolate. The factory guide explained the whole process of chocolate making to the students very carefully. All the students were satisfied with their visit and thanked their botanical guides.
