Dr Ranjana Dureja is currently working as Assistant Professor at L J Institute of Management Studies, Ahmadabad. She has received a Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources from Jiwaji University Gwalior. She has done Diploma in Computers Application from the Polytechnic institute of Gwalior. She has completed her PhD in Human Resources Development, focusing on Action Research as a tool for Individual and Organizational Development. She has academic experience of more than 15 years. She has done her research work in diversified areas, which include Human resource development, positive psychology, and education and action research.

Her areas of interest are Positive psychology, Mentoring and counselling, Employee Motivation, Employee Engagement, Change management and Organizational Development.
