LJ Polytechnic has signed MOU with Ford Motor India to train the employees of its SVAEP (Sanand Vehicle Assembly & Engine Plant). Since August 2013, we have trained more than 5200 employees. They learned all aspects of required Technical & Behavioural Skills; including Organization Culture & Values, Safety, Quality, Basic Engineering, Vehicle Operation, Powertrain Operation, Communication, Presentation, Spoken English, Conflict Management, Emotion Intelligence, Team Work, Time Management, Attitude, Discipline, 5S and Corporate Etiquettes as well as Physical Activities. Course Material has designed by Trainers of LJ Polytechnic with coordination of SVAEP HR Training Team

LJ Polytechnic has signed MOU with Toyota Kirloskar Motors Bengaluru, for its SA T-TEP (Service Advisor Toyota Technical Education Programme). For that LJ & Toyota have developed world class State-of-Art Automobile Workshop. In this Programme, we develop Service Advisors for Toyota Dealer Network. More than 100 Service Advisors have been placed at Toyota Dealer Network across Gujarat. 

We have also trained more than 350 employees of Suzuki Motor Gujarat Pvt. Ltd. for Mehsana Plant.

On 23rd October, 2021, LJ Polytechnic (LJ University) created one more benchmark by inaugurated Joint Skill Development Centre (JSDC) in collaboration with Ashok Leyland. This is first ever centre of Ashok Leyland in Gujarat. It is equipped with state-of-art facility and will help to develop skilled work force with latest technology used in automobile industry.     

In Gujarat, LJ is first and leading group to interface with World’s Top Manufacturing Companies to prepare Skilled Manpower, which are “Ready to Work” in Industry. They are not only Technically Sound but also they have good Behavior, Attitude, Communication, Presentation, Punctuality, Team Work, Discipline,  Personality and above all they know their Job Obligation and Social Responsibilities towards Society and Nation.

At LJ, we prepare courses and conduct training as per industry requirement. Once contents, course material, training methodology, duration and venue are confirmed by company/industry, then we start training. So that industry gets skilled manpower. LJ trainers visit industries to get live exposure related to their corporate & skill development training. Our aim is develop proper interface between institute and industry. So that industry gets skilled & well-mannered manpower. And today’s generation will occupied good position in reputed industry.
