On August 5th, a comprehensive workshop on Git and GitHub was conducted by Mr. Dhruvin Prajapati at LJMCA auditorium, providing students with a deep understanding of version control and collaborative software development. This workshop aimed to equip students with the necessary skills to efficiently manage and collaborate on coding projects. By the end of the workshop, students had gained the ability to: Initiate and manage Git repositories. Understand and navigate Git's branching model. Collaborate effectively using GitHub's pull requests. Implement best practices for maintaining a clean version history. Overall, it emphasized the significance of version control in modern programming and provided students with the tools to streamline their coding workflows.
