TEACHING ASSESSMENT AND EVALUATION
The Institute and its faculty to adhere to industry standards in terms of performance evaluation of students and assess, mentor and guide the students by focusing on holistic development of students in order that they inculcate and imbibe the graduate attributes of the Institute.
As a part of assessment and evaluation, the student goes through three written evaluations
1. Unit tests – which are conducted monthly
2. Internal examinations – which are conducted once a semester and consist of the entire syllabus
3. External examinations – which are conducted by the university at the end of each semester.
Students are also assessed at regular intervals by the following methods
1. Class room presentations – which are given as a part of the subject taught and is to be done individually and in groups.
2. Case study analysis – Real life case studies are given and students are taught how to analyse them. Students make presentations on the basis of which evaluation happens.
3. Class participation – Assessment happens on the basis of student class participation
4. Hackathons – Subjects based hackathons are conducted so that students work in team, test theories in practice and reach practical and novel solutions to real problems.
5. Projects – Students are give projects to work on as a part of the subject and are assessed on the basis of project submission and its presentation.
TEACHING FEEDBACK MECHANISM
The Institute has an online feedback mechanism where the student gives feedback anonymously on the faculty who teach them on the following parameters.

An exit interview is also conducted at the end of the MBA program to understand the student’s journey and experience in the MBA program and give and take suggestions. Besides that a holistic survey known as STUDENT SATISFACTION SURVEY is undertaken to study every aspect of the studies and the institute to get feedback for further improvement in systems and processes.
