Workshop on Creating Online Courses on Coursera Platform  

The LJ Integrated MBA – 5 Year Programme organized a workshop on the  Creation of Online Courses on Coursera  with the  objective  of equipping faculty members with the necessary skills to design, structure, and deliver high-quality digital learning content  on Tuesday 12 th  August,  2025 . With the growing importance of online education and blended learning, this initiative aimed to familiarize  faculty members  with global practices in e-learning and content delivery.  

The session provided hands-on exposure to the Coursera platform, focusing on various aspects such as course design frameworks, structuring learning modules, incorporating multimedia content, and engaging learners through interactive assessments. Emphasis was placed on understanding learner psychology in the online environment, ensuring that course material is not only informative but also accessible and engaging for a wide range of audiences.  

Faculty Members were  guided through practical demonstrations,  showcasing  how academic  expertise  can be transformed into impactful online courses.  Faculty Members  participated  actively  content mapping, and discussions on how online platforms are reshaping higher education and professional learning.  

The workshop served as a valuable experience, encouraging participants to think beyond traditional classroom teaching and embrace technology-driven education models. Overall, the initiative aligned with LJ Integrated MBA’s vision of nurturing innovation, adaptability, and global competitiveness among its learners.
