Brief Summary :
A seminar on Career Clarity was conducted for the final-year students of the LJ Integrated MBA-5 Year Program . The seminar focused on career planning, self-awareness, and informed decision-making for future success. The resource person guided students on identifying their strengths, setting achievable goals, and exploring suitable career opportunities. To make the session interactive and impactful, the guest also engaged students in activities that helped them reflect on their potential, personality traits, and long-term aspirations.

P r ocess:
A total of 35 students from Sem-5, Integrated MBA – 5 Year Program registered for the Career Clarity Seminar through a Google Form, which helped in organizing the session effectively. The 1.5-hour session began with an introduction by the guest speaker on the importance of career clarity, self-awareness, and professional planning. Students participated in interactive discussions and an activity to assess their strengths, personality traits, and potential career paths. The seminar concluded with key takeaways and practical tips for creating a personal career roadmap. Feedback forms were also collected from students to gather their perspectives and improve future sessions .
Outcomes :
