INTRODUCTION OF THE EVENT :

The  T reasure   Hunt event was held for the first semester students at LJ Integrated MBA. QUEST QUESTOR was the name of this treasure quest. Participants in this entertaining game had to find concealed clues strewn over the campus. Every hint had an associated  tasks  or activity that the students needed to do  in order to   proceed  

It tested not only their problem-solving skills but also teamwork, quick thinking, and creativity, making it an exciting and engaging experience for everyone involved.  

 

OBJECTIVE OF THE EVENT  

The event's principal  objectives  were to help the newcomers become acquainted with  different parts  of campus and to strengthen ties between Semester 1 and Semester 3 students.   

 
In addition to providing Semester 1 participants with an enjoyable and engaging way to tour the campus, the event sought to foster a sense of togetherness among students by having them collaborate to solve puzzles and finish tasks.   

 

PROCESS  

The QUEST QUESTOR , organized by Semester 3 students, involved dividing Semester 1 students into groups   16 groups  consisting of  12-13 students in each grou p.  Each group received a clue leading to a specific campus location.  

Upon reaching the spot, they had to solve puzzles or perform activities to receive the next clue. This process continued, guiding students through key areas of the campus, fostering teamwork, and building connections between the two semesters.  At the end, group number 1  and 3  secured 1 st  position by collecting  13   chits by solving the clue.   

 

OUTCOME  

The QUEST QUESTOR event was  a great success  in  accomplishing  its goals. In addition to getting to know the school, first-semester students developed close bonds with their third-semester seniors. The occasion promoted cooperation, conversation, and problem-solving skills, creating a sense of unity and making the incoming students' transition to college life easier.   Overall, it created a fun and engaging atmosphere, making the students feel more comfortable and connected to their peers and surroundings.  

 

BRIEF SUMMARY  

QUEST QUESTR event at LJ Integrated MBA, organized by Semester 3 students, aimed to help Semester 1 students familiarize themselves with the campus and build connections with their seniors. In teams, participants followed a series of clues, solving puzzles and completing activities at various campus locations.   In addition to effectively building student camaraderie, the event introduced amateurs to their new surroundings in an entertaining and engaging manner by encouraging cooperation, communication, and problem-solving.
