INTRODUCTION OF THE EVENT   

The Orientation Program for Semester 1 students was organized to welcome the new batch and provide them with essential academic guidance. The event included sessions on curriculum, rules and regulations, examination pattern, industry expectations, and placement opportunities. It concluded with an inspiring talk by  Mr. Maulik Pandya , motivating students to begin their academic journey with confidence and determination.  

OBJECTIVE OF THE EVENT  

The  objective  of the Orientation Program was to familiarize Semester 1 students with the academic environment, institutional rules, and examination system. It aimed to create awareness about industry expectations and placement opportunities, helping students align their studies with future career goals. The program also  sought  to motivate and guide students  towards professional and personal development through expert interaction. Overall, it served as a platform for students to begin their academic journey with clarity, confidence, and enthusiasm.  

PROCESS  

An Orientation Program was conducted for the newly admitted Semester 1 students to acquaint them with academic and professional expectations. The event began with a  formal inauguration and lamp lighting ceremony , marking the auspicious start of the program. This was followed by an  academic introduction , where faculty members briefed the students about the  institutional rules, regulations, examination pattern, and code of conduct .  

Subsequently, sessions were held on  industry expectations and placement opportunities , enabling students to understand the relevance of their studies in shaping future career prospects. The program culminated with an  interactive guest session by Mr. Maulik Pandya , who inspired the students with his motivational talk and offered valuable guidance for their academic journey and holistic growth.  

 

 

OUTCOME  

The Orientation Program proved to be highly beneficial for Semester 1 students. It helped them clearly understand the academic structure, institutional rules, and examination system, ensuring a disciplined start to their studies. Students gained valuable insights into industry expectations and placement opportunities, which motivated them to align their learning with future career goals. The guest session by  Mr. Maulik Pandya  further inspired students, boosting their confidence and encouraging them to approach their academic journey with a positive mindset, clarity, and enthusiasm.
