Dr. Archan Mehta has earned a PhD in Management and has worked as an Assistant Professor at L.J. University (MBA department) for nine years. In addition, Dr. Mehta has also worked in the Hospitality sector and as an Editorial Correspondent for a local magazine in Ahmedabad. For two years, Dr. Mehta was a Visiting Faculty at B. K. School of Business Management and Shanti Business School—both based in Ahmedabad. Dr. Mehta is a writer and his creative work has been published in The Times of India, The Indian Express, Mid-Day (Mumbai), Sportsweek, India Today, Business Manager, People Matters, The Statesman, All India Management Association, HR Future, Onlooker, Society for Human Resource Management and American Poetry Anthology. Dr. Mehta’s hobbies include walking in the outdoors, listening to music, partying with close friends, meditation and reading. An avid sports fan, Dr. Mehta also played sports in his youth, such as cricket, volleyball, swimming and football. Dr. Mehta is a member of several professional associations, such as All India Management Association, National Human Resource Development Network, Society for Human Resource Management, Ahmedabad Management Association, Rural Marketing Association of India and Human Resource Association of India.
