Dr. Krupa Kapadia is a faculty of HR and Business Communication. Her research interests include areas of Talent management, Employee Engagement, and Change Management. She has done her PhD from Gujarat University in the area of change management practices and OD Interventions. Dr. Krupa has published her paper in the Indo-Canadian International Journal Of Business & Behavioural Sciences 2015 where she has written an article on Generational Diversity.
Dr. Krupa teaches a range of core and elective subjects in HR specialization with unique and innovative teaching style.
