About the Conference
The LJ School of Management studies will host the second international conference – SAMAVAYA on emerging trends in management practices on 21st and 22nd February 2025. The disruption caused by technological innovations is almost an ongoing process, that compels business and management practices to evolve constantly. From the first industrial revolution in 18th century, the world is knocking the door of 5th industrial revolution causing fundamental shifts in production relations. Exponential growth of last five decades has brought the world at cross roads where a difficult choice between rapid growth and sustainable development has to be made. Faced by these challenges businesses are adopting innovative practices that are changing the shape of business operations. This conference aims to serve as an open forum for academicians, researchers and practitioners to discuss emerging trends in management practices and associated challenges. This year we focus on effects of technological change on management practices
This interdisciplinary conference aims to provide a platform to scholars to present their scholarly research on management practices. The conference will host pre-conference workshops, panel discussions, technical sessions and guest lectures .
We invite research papers from scholars and
academicians across different management and allied disciplines. Research
scholars can contribute their original research work in any of the following
areas
